3steps for effective rejuvinating short naps on mrt (the way i do)
1) the slumber period: at this pt of time, juz let ur head droop, with some nice soothing music, and sleep. this one shd last abt 15min, by which its time to change train. (for me)
2) the sub-conscious period: this is the pt of time when u're half awake, feeling blur. this is the pt for u to start thinking of happy tots, having the euphoria feeling... be it emotional, joyful or lovely moments.
3) the period of awakening: this is the pt u feel rejuvinated le. by which u shd hv reached home, with some inspirational music or any sort of music tt makes u feel good man.
this method was used to keep away my fatigue headache and enough for me to jog 4km and do sets at both e exercise corner and at home. luckily. bio test over. contiue biahing. this term aint gonna be easy. 100% component for history, 2 bio components amounting to 65% and a 40% math test coming up. cheese pie. (its a nice way of saying... ok nvm ><)

btw, italy may have won the world cup, but they have far from earned my respect. some of them are betta off at hollywood, and if i were zidane, it would not have juz been a headbutt for instulting my family. materazzi (or however u spell it. like i care in e first place) would be a eunuch now. human whip anyone?
